FAQ – International Customers Policy

 

Please note we changed our currency and prices to Mexican pesos not hundreds of dollars, we have NOT increased our prices. 

How can I order handmade shoes?

If our shoes are marked as “sold out” or not appear in our website it means orders are currently closed. As a made to order brand, we have a limited capacity to how many orders we can be working on at any given time. This is because we’re a small team and we don’t want you to wait longer than the 2 to 4 working weeks wait time. If you wanna find out when orders will be next open, it will usually say on our homepage and all over our Instagram!

We will reopen the handmade shoes orders twice at month, please contact us if you need more info or details.

Payment

We only process international payments through PayPal, which includes all major credit cards. You don’t need to sign up to a paypal account to make the payments with your credit card.

Please note the other payments options we offer are only for Mexico and Latin America.

Which are your return/exchange policies?

Please contact us if you have a problem with your order for further help. 

Returns or exchanges are valid only within 8 bussiness days, please note we do not offer money refunds only shop credit.

Sale items, outlet, sample sale, socks and handmade to order items are final sale, we cant offer returns or exchanges without exceptions.

How do I know which shoe size to buy?

We recommend to order the size you are used to wear, as most of our shoes run true to size, unless otherwise stated in the description, but since we have different models some of them can run small, narrow or wide. Here is a size chart made for informative and comparative use, you can check it out here. If you still have doubts please contact us.

What if I want/need to change or cancel my order?

There is a 24 hour period for you to cancel or modify any orders you have made, contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel and we will make a refund or any changes. If the 24 hours have passed we can’t make any cancellations because your order will be already started in the fabrication process.

How long is the fabrication process? When my order will be shipped?

All handmade to order items take up to 2 to 4 weeks to be fabricated, sorry is a slow process, please be patient. All in stock items take 3 to 5 days for handling, then will be shipped.

Custom Colors?

We offer a “custom color” option in most of our listings, you can choose almost any of this colors/materials for shoes or bags. (please note not all materials might be available or suitable for your item, please contact us for details). Custom color orders are not returnable or exchangeable. 

Shipping (international customers only)

You´ll receive a shipping confirmation to the email registered in your receipt. 

Normally takes up to 4 weeks to receive your order worldwide, but please note that due to the endless pandemic and short staff on national postal services this may take longer sometimes even up to 2 months to arrive. Unfortunately this is out of our control, please contact us if you wish to upgrade shipping to a faster option.

Returned Parcels / Unclaimed

If your parcel was returned we will notifiy you, we can return it but you must pay shipping fee again. Postal services normally return parcels that are unclaimed and that is out of our control.

We do not make money refunds only shop credit, our warranty and responsibiilty on orders is from one month from the date the parcel was received.
